![]() Anyway, it’s not meant to be a glorified debit card though. I believe I saw something where Chime says they dip into the bank account if you spend more then you load into the card. You can’t borrow the banks money and then pay them back and you can’t turn it into anything that resembles a traditional secured account, nor does chime say you can do if that’s what OP means I don’t know where OP found that unless OP objects with using the term “secured” at all if you can’t turn it into a traditional secured credit card. OP is right that it’s a secured card in the sense you can’t spend more money that you put into it, but that’s where the similarity ends. Something that draws directly from the bank account rather then having to load it in advance. ![]() OP wants a glorified debit card, rather then a glorified prepay I think. ![]()
